Biscuit Nest
- Soak 30gms of bird’s nest in warm water (40°c) for a minimum of 5 hours or overnight.
- After the bird’s nest has fully expanded, use a fork to loosen the bird’s nest to prevent clumping.
- Pour the loosen bird’s nest into a sieve and clean the black residue.
- Using the double boiler method, cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.
- Transfer the bird’s nest into an empty jar to cool.
- Once cooled, add into a blending machine and blend for 15 seconds.
- Put the blended bird’s nest into a jar and ready to be consumed.
• You should always consume 3 tablespoons of bird’s nest on an empty stomach.
• Bird’s nest is best consumed in the morning or before bed.
• Add in pure honey if desired (optional)
