Biscuit Nest

  1. Soak 30gms of bird’s nest in warm water (40°c) for a minimum of 5 hours or overnight.
  2. After the bird’s nest has fully expanded, use a fork to loosen the bird’s nest to prevent clumping.
  3. Pour the loosen bird’s nest into a sieve and clean the black residue.
  4. Using the double boiler method, cook over medium heat for 30 minutes.
  5. Transfer the bird’s nest into an empty jar to cool.
  6. Once cooled, add into a blending machine and blend for 15 seconds.
  7. Put the blended bird’s nest into a jar and ready to be consumed.

• You should always consume 3 tablespoons of bird’s nest on an empty stomach.

• Bird’s nest is best consumed in the morning or before bed.

• Add in pure honey if desired (optional)
